I would like to comment on Mr. Gary Fountain, the installer who was assigned the job at my home.  He arrived at the appointed time and worked in a professional, most competent manner all day.  He was creative with the needs of an older home.  Because of his work ethic, product knowledge and speed, my bath is now a showplace.  Bath Fitter is just the best!

Jose is indeed an asset to your staff.

He installed a shower basin here at... ...and arrived at about 9 AM on 12/06/02.

He identified himself and gathered all that he needed to use after asking if he could use the garage. He made every effort to be neat and polite in every way. He did not assume to use or touch any part of our home or property without first asking. He was well organized, methodical and meticulous.
 
I observed him measuring several times before he cut or attempted to install the basin.  His measurements were exact and correct and thus he saved much time and effort as a result of doing exactly what had to be done each step of the way.

I would recommend your company on the basis of your very capable and expert installer.

We are very pleased with your product-so far-and expect it to meet our needs in the future.

Mr. Velasquez left our home sometime after 1 PM.  Our home was left in excellent condition.

We had a Bath Fitter installed in our home today.  We are very happy and pleased about "OUR BRAND NEW BATHROOM".  This is exactly what it looks like.  The styling, materials, fixtures, etc. are beautiful.

I especially would like to call your attention to our installer, José.  He was very courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything to us before he started in relation to the materials we had ordered.  He never took a break from start to finish. José is a true asset to your firm.

I would highly recommend your product to anyone who is interested in re-doing their bathtub/shower and would also recommend that José does the installation.

On Friday, May 2, 2003 Don came to install a new tub.  Unfortunately he ran into many obstacles because of the home contractor's lack of work.  But he solved all the problems and our new tub is beautiful.
